I got new ecigs (Joy ego-T) 3 days ago. They both stopped working today. I've charged the batteries, filled and tried other new cartridges and tried to make sureit is not turned off. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

I would shoot an email to the supplier you purchased from, could be faulty but unlikely to both be faulty at exactly the same time. Could be a charger that isn't charging properly?
