Are electronic cigarettes better than tobacco or analog cigarettes?  Most definitely YES!

First of all that is the reason that they were even invented in the first place.  That is to be a safer alternative to smoking traditional or "analog" cigarettes.

That being said I'm going to quantify my last statement to make clear that I am NOT saying they are "safe" but merely "safer".  You are still inhaling something other than air after all.

The ingredients used in most E-Liquid (i say most because I can not vouch for every supplier out there) in the USA at least have all, with the exception of nicotine, been deemed safe for human consumption.  And I only exclude nicotine because although it does not cause cancer, it is addictive and in high doses (much higher than what is present when vaporized) can be toxic.

Again these were designed to be an alternative for people who already smoke so if you don't smoke or are under the age of 18 even though some e-liquid is nicotine free.... As a responsible vaper I have to say These aren't for you

Here are some of the reasons on why the electronic cigarette is superior to a traditional tobacco cigarette.

1. Less harmful than commercial cigarettes.
2. Inhaling anything is bad, but vapor is at least better than smoke.
3. No tar, no ash, and no residue. No second hand smoke.
4. Increased maintenance.
5. Freedom to puff anywhere.
