Is the best ecig available on the market officially the Joye 510?

I like it the most, for now anyways.

I've only used the Joye, and I talked a couple that are co-workers into trying out the e-cigs. So they ordered 1 Joye starter kit and another brand that only allows it to work when you suck on it. Well it wasn't a week later that she was trading her husband for the Joye. She didn't like the other brand. Plus you can only use pre-filled cartridges making them more expensive.

I like the joye 510. it is a good model. But I really like the E-9 style ecig the best. you are technically not supposed to refill the cartomizers but I do anyway and when I use the same ejuice on the 510 and a e9 the e9 just has way better flavor for some reason.

I also like how the e-9 cartridges come with the atomizer built in to the cart so every time you change the cart you are getting a brand new atomizer. The 510 atomizers don't last forever, my first 510 kit burned out one atomizer in less than 2 months and the second one just isn't working that well anymore. I gets really hot but it just doesn't produce the same kind of vapor that it used to.

I think if I had to choose just one I would go with the E-9

I started with the blu cig week later ordered the tornado/eGo cant put the thing down plus the battery lasting 24 hours a charge (sleeping time included).

Although I have only used the JoyE 510 Pass Through I think I would have to say it is the most recommended for those just starting to use personal vaporizers (i.e. electronic cigarettes)  I like the pass through so I could see where using the normal batteries would be good, especially for the new vaper (person who vapes instead of smokes).

I can't say that it is "officially the best" because everyone will have a different opinion and there are so many different styles of PV's out there.

The JoyE 510 is a lower voltage (3.7V) device and a lot of folks enjoy a higher (5V-6V) vaping experience like myself.

Again though if we are talking about recommending an electronic cigarette to someone who has never used one, I would have to say that for the price/quality of product/vaping experience I would probably recommend the Joye510.  This way for an affordable price someone can experience vaping before investing in a more expensive PV kit or mod.

UPDATE:  Since originally posting this in Mid 2010 I have purchased and used the prodigy V3, and the JoyE Ego.  The JoyE ego has a 510 connection and I've discovered, at least for me, the Ego with a low resistance 510 cartomizer hits the sweet spots of throat hit vs. flavor vs. stiffness of drag.

I use a Silver Bullet a Chuck and an Omega ...the Silver Bullet has been the most reliable no problems had it for several months. It's a PV big battery mod.

I really need help finding the right ecig for me! I currently use a 808D model from V2. I like it but i get tired of constantly recharging batts and filling my blanks not knowing how much juice is left in them. I have been vaping for about 7 months. I live in a very very small town, my friends think im crazy..always switching and refilling..lol. they are crazy for smoking analogs, lol..after 15 yrs of analogs, i am smoke free and loving it as do my children and hubby so..i have been looking at the ego and the ego-t. type A or B? battery power 650, 900, 1000? i know the ego kit can be turned into the tank or vise versa, also can use it as a two piece with cartridge on the tanks?? as you can see, I am a bit confused. I have delt with Vapor Kings and they are awesome but they recommended that the type A ego T has a better throat hit? anyone know? also, recommend the tanks so i can see the liquid. Now i just need to know, what power and what cartridges do i order for the ego t A incase i don't want to deal with the atomizer all the time?? any quick feed back would be great..also, the tornadoe? which is best?

You should try reading e-cig reviews to know what's best for the consumers now..but I think it still depends on you.
